BajiBet Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the BajiBet website, creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the BajiBet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BajiBet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the BajiBet platform. Continued use of BajiBet after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. BajiBet recommends that you review these Terms periodically so you remain informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all products available on BajiBet, including sports betting, live casino, slots, baccarat, the VIP Club and all promotional offers. Where specific products have additional rules – such as sports betting event rules or individual game rules for casino titles – those additional rules apply alongside these Terms and Conditions.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and use a BajiBet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. BajiBet is strictly an 18+ platform and will not knowingly allow anyone under this age to register or use the platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and for your own personal use only. Registration on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You are not a BajiBet employee, affiliate, contractor or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not acting as an agent or nominee for a third party when using BajiBet.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from BajiBet or any related platform.
• The information you provide at registration – including your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details – is accurate and complete.

BajiBet verifies age and identity at registration and reserves the right to request supporting documents, including CNIC, at any time. Accounts where verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending the provision of valid documentation.

Each individual may hold only one BajiBet account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual may be suspended, and any bonuses or winnings within those accounts may be voided at BajiBet's discretion.

3Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BajiBet login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity that takes place in your BajiBet account – including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested – is your responsibility, regardless of whether or not you personally initiated each transaction. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify BajiBet support immediately.

BajiBet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. BajiBet employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit but cannot guarantee security against breaches arising from your own negligence.

You must notify BajiBet if your registered mobile number or email address changes so that your account details remain accurate and account communications reach you correctly.

4Deposits

BajiBet accepts deposits in Pakistani rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. BajiBet does not charge a transaction fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside BajiBet's control.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – that is, payments made from an account that belongs to someone other than the registered BajiBet account holder – are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed.

BajiBet processes deposit requests promptly. In most cases, funds appear in your BajiBet balance within seconds to a few minutes of initiating the payment. In rare cases of technical delays, please allow up to one hour before contacting BajiBet support.

5Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from a BajiBet account is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. BajiBet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

For standard verified accounts, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take a few hours depending on your bank's processing times. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.

BajiBet VIP members benefit from faster processing depending on their tier. Gold tier members receive same-day processing, Platinum members receive instant transfers and Diamond members have no daily withdrawal limit and face no delays.

BajiBet reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds checks before approving large withdrawal requests. This is a standard compliance procedure and does not imply wrongdoing. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.

Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but never wagered may be subject to a processing review. BajiBet may deduct a 10% administration fee on such withdrawals if they are found to constitute deposit-and-withdraw behaviour without genuine gaming activity.

6Bonuses and Promotions

BajiBet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below plus any promotion-specific terms stated at the point of opt-in. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are credited in PKR to your BajiBet account balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) before they can be converted to real withdrawable cash. The standard welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time period, typically 7 days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonuses not completed within this window expire automatically.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided, reversed or cancelled do not count towards wagering requirements.
• BajiBet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed. Once a bonus has been accepted and credited, the wagering requirement stated at that point will be honoured.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.

Bonus Abuse

BajiBet actively monitors accounts for patterns of behaviour that indicate bonus abuse – including, but not limited to, placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements, creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or using automated tools to place bets. Where such behaviour is identified, BajiBet reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to suspend or close the account.

7VIP Club

The BajiBet VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty programme available to all registered players. Tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Points are earned on all qualifying bets placed across sports betting, casino games, slots and baccarat. Bets placed using bonus funds do not earn VIP points.

Tier maintenance requires a minimum monthly points threshold to be maintained. Tiers are reviewed at the end of each calendar month. Where a player's activity falls below the maintenance threshold for two consecutive months, their tier will be reduced by one level. BajiBet will notify affected players before any tier reduction takes effect.

Cashback under the VIP programme is calculated on net losses for the previous seven days and credited every Monday as real PKR cash with no wagering requirements. Cashback percentages range from 3% at Bronze to 15% at Diamond. Full cashback rates are published on the VIP Club page.

BajiBet reserves the right to modify the VIP point accumulation rates, tier thresholds and benefit structures at any time with 14 days' notice to affected members. Members will be notified of any material changes directly through their account or registered contact details.

8Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on BajiBet are governed by the BajiBet Sports Betting Rules, which form an extension of these Terms. By placing any sports bet on BajiBet, you accept those rules in addition to these Terms.

• BajiBet settles bets using official results published by the relevant governing body of each sport. Where no official result exists, BajiBet may use results from a recognised statistical provider.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, BajiBet reserves the right to void any affected bet and return the stake to your account balance.
• Bets accepted in error due to a technical malfunction may be voided at BajiBet's discretion.
• Live betting odds are subject to change and suspension at any time. Bets confirmed before a suspension or odds change are honoured at the odds at which they were accepted.
• BajiBet reserves the right to limit stake sizes or restrict specific markets for individual accounts at its discretion.

9Casino and Slots

All casino games on BajiBet are supplied by certified third-party providers and operate on independently tested Random Number Generators (RNG). BajiBet does not modify any game software supplied by its providers.

Published RTP figures for each game represent the theoretical long-term return to player and do not guarantee results in any individual session. All casino outcomes are determined by certified RNG and are not influenced by previous results, bet size or account type.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game will resume from the last confirmed game state when you reconnect. Any bets confirmed by the BajiBet system before disconnection will be settled according to the outcome of that game round. BajiBet is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

Live dealer game results are final once the round is closed by the dealer. Disputes regarding live game outcomes should be directed to BajiBet support with the relevant game round reference number.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BajiBet and will result in account suspension, voiding of winnings and/or legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets without direct manual input.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or game malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any attempt to manipulate sporting outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information at registration or in response to a verification request.
• Using a payment account that does not belong to you to make deposits or receive withdrawals.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the BajiBet platform.

11Account Suspension and Closure

BajiBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions or is engaged in any activity that may be harmful to BajiBet, its players or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawals will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes without a finding of wrongdoing, any legitimate withdrawal requests will be processed promptly.

You may close your BajiBet account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks. Bonus funds remaining at closure are forfeited.

12Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive when there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal or betting activity for a continuous period of 90 days. BajiBet will attempt to notify you by email or SMS before classifying your account as inactive.

Inactive accounts will not be charged a dormancy fee for the first 12 months of inactivity. After 12 continuous months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 may be deducted from the remaining real-money balance until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again.

To reactivate a dormant BajiBet account, simply log in and complete a deposit. Your account history and remaining balance (subject to any applicable fees) will be restored.

13Responsible Gaming

BajiBet takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available in your account settings and can be adjusted at any time subject to the following rules:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits can be set at any value. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: You can set a reminder to notify you after a defined period of continuous gaming activity. Reminders are informational and do not automatically end your session.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request self-exclusion for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be accessed and all active bonuses are cancelled.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up notifications can be enabled in account settings to show you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.

14Privacy and Data

BajiBet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a BajiBet account, you consent to the collection, use and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

BajiBet uses your personal data to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. Your data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

You have the right to access the personal data BajiBet holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate information and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. 15Limitation of Liability

BajiBet provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While BajiBet makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accuracy, it does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

BajiBet is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, force majeure events or circumstances outside its reasonable control. In particular, BajiBet is not liable for losses arising from your own connectivity problems, including mobile network outages or device failures during an active game or betting session.

Where BajiBet is found to be liable for a loss, its total liability is limited to the amount you deposited into your BajiBet account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits BajiBet's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

16Changes to These Terms

BajiBet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes – those that substantively affect your rights or obligations as a player – will be communicated to you with at least 14 days' notice via your registered email address or through a prominent notice on the BajiBet platform.

Minor administrative changes – such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not affect meaning, or updates to contact information – may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of BajiBet after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect. BajiBet will refund any real-money balance to your registered payment method upon account closure.
